Actor Madhavan
When Madhavan was swaying as a successful actor, he embarked on a new avatar as producer through ‘Leukos Films’. Perhaps, it was about distributing his close pal Nishikanth Kamat’s ‘Evano Oruvan’. But, the actor never turned up to produce any films later on the course as he got occupied with more projects in Bollywood.
At the moment, the choco-chap has shed his romantic image gearing up for more exceptionally unparalleled roles. It was precisely exemplified with his recent release ‘Sikandar’ that has won him laurels.
He ennobles his forthcoming Hindi film ‘Teen Patti’, to be his dream project as he shares screen space with biggest legends Amitabh Bachchan, Ben Kingsley. The film is loosely based on Hollywood blockbuster ‘21’.
Apart from this films, he is simultaneously shooting for ‘3 Idiot’, ‘Thanu weds Manu’, ‘Sunglass’ and talks are going on for more projects. He has confirmed about the sequel to ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ that will start rolling by December 2010.
About producing films, Maddy says, “Being a producer is off-the-wall experience for me. It needs lots of potentials to handle the situation and I am not up to that mark as off now.”
