Yogi - Ameer
Director Ameer finally makes an official announcement about his film ‘Yogi’ getting completed. Directed by Subramaniam Siva, the film nearly took 165 days to get completed with just couple of stunts being shot for 51days. Says Ameer, ‘I had no strains in going for more takes as a director, but realized the pain as an actor before the lens. I used to have non-veg foods for all the three-times in a day. But Director Subramaniam Siva urged me to consume herbs and vegetables. I had to work vividly in gyms for the new look. The film is all about a character named Yogeshwaran aka Yogi who does anything to fill his stomach. Although there have been many films about slums in Chennai, ‘Yogi’ will draw a newline with breathtaking elements and it has been made with the Hollywood style...’
