Yes, that is soon to become a reality. Chiyaan Vikram, who is completing his portions for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavana’, is all set to turn a producer. And directing that film will be none other than our ‘Subramaniapuram’ Sasikumar.
Imagine one of our top heroes teaming up with a director who compulsively casts new young actors, showing them a preference over our stars. This seems to be on the cards. And Vikram, it is reported, is restricting himself to producing the film as the director wants to cast new actors only in it.
Sasi kumar, who has become one of the most sought after directors, following ‘Subramaniapuram’, has also earned a market for himself as an actor with his recent hit, ‘Naadodigal’. It is said that leading producers are making a beeline for his house, asking him to direct or act in their next film.
And now, the director is said to have zeroed in on Vikram, who is planning on launching his production venture.
