Priyamani signed for ‘Nadodigal’ remake

Day by Day, it’s turning to be more stories on ‘Nadodigal’. The film is running with house-packed shows as there are no big tickets to compete with it. Yet more adding to the sensation is the Telugu remake of this film. Before couple of days, we had revealed that Ravi Teja is performing the lead role and now here’s something more interesting to the part. Actress Priyamani has been roped in for starring opposite him in the female lead role.

The actress hadn’t witnessed any hit show for a long time in South Indian films. Apart from ‘Paruthiveeran’ and Malayalam Movie ‘Thirai Katha’, there were no solaces for the actress. But now with Mani Rathnam’s ‘Raavana’, she has lots of hopes pinned on it. The Telugu version of Nadodigal features in the role that was performed by Ananya.
