Mamma Mia: Sarath Kumar, Radhika & family
After 25 years of successful selling of records, a movie and a stage musical the Mamma Mia team is in chennai now with their own version of the musical. The musical is choreographed by Jeffery Vardon and produced by Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and is the launch of Hot Shoe Entertainment for which Varalakshmi is the head.
The musical , based on the West End musical (which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year) of the same name, is about Donna and her daughter Sophie who live on the Greek island, Calicos. The latter, who is to be married soon, sends invites to three different men, hoping to find out who her real father is.
