Cheran is CBCID officer!

This sure looks like a change from his routine romantic flicks. Actor-director Cheran, who is yet to complete his ‘Pokkisham’, has signed up his next project, in which he will restrict his role to an actor. The film will be directed by Mysskin, and has been titled ‘Yudham Sei’. Cheran is said to be reprising the role of a CBCID officer. The movie registers his encounters following a case, which leads him to meet the girl he loves.

Mysskin’s films are all about taut screenplay, grey characters and deception, while all of Cheran’s films so far are about pure romance and sentiment. It sure should be fun to watch the duo in one film. Mysskin’s ‘Nandalala’, which has been ready for half a year now, shows no signs of release.
