Asal: to be shot abroad completely

Looks like there may be no opportunity for Ajith fans to see their Thala in real action in the country anytime now. It is learnt that the Ultimate Star’s current project, ‘Asal’, will be shot completely in foreign locations.

The film stars Ajith, Sameera Reddy, Bhavana and Prabhu in important roles, and the crew is already in Malaysia, where most of the film is expected to be canned.

Following that schedule, which is said to last two months, the crew will proceed to Turkey, where one song and the climax stunt portions of the film are expected to be completed. Apart from these, the film’s crew is also planning on making a trip to Netherlands, where a song in the film will be canned.

The film is being produced by Sivaji Films, and directed by Saran. Yuhi Sethu has written the screenplay and dialogues for the film, along with Saran.
