Suja’s way to Stardom

Kollywood bombshell Suja is in high demand, thanks to her sizzling item numbers in movies like Vaathiyar, Lee, Thozha. In 'Indhiralogathil Na. Azhappan' she essayed the role of Urvasi opposite Vadivelu. And now not content with shimmying and dancing her way into hearts, she is hoping to make it as a bona fide actress.
The Chennai girl, who started her career dancing in item numbers at the age of fourteen, is looking for plum roles that will help her hone her acting skills. Not that she's a newcomer - Suja has 14 movies in her bag, from Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, and some of them include 'Varnajalam', 'Plus 2', 'Ullakadathal', 'Maayavi' and 'Maamu'. She is currently waiting to start working on 'Solla Solla Inikkum' and 'Engal Aasaan'.

Suja has also been occupying herself with plenty of Malayalam films, and the chirpy lady has not ruled out item numbers while she pursues her ambition to act alongside Kollywood's biggest stars.
