Saudi citizen to buy shoes thrown at bush for 50 crore

People across Arab countries hails the act by Iraqi journalist Muntadar al-Zeidi, who threw his shoes at US President George W Bush during a press conference in Baghdad on Sunday.

One person from Saudi Arabia offered 50 crore to buy the shoes, an Arab channel reported.

People across the Arab countries hailed it as a 'heroic act'. Iraq's capital yesterday witnessed a massive rally by Iraqi's demanding his immediate release.

"Iraqis and other Arab world people hate Bush because they feel that Bush invaded Iraq without any proper reason, which destabilized the region. This is the general feeling across the middle east countries." an Iraqi journalist said.
