The lone terrorist captured alive in the Mumbai attack seeks legal help from Pakistan for fighting his case. Ajmal Amir Qasab has written a three-page letter to the Pakistani High Commission in Urdu. In this letter he states that as a citizen he was entitled to seek legal help from his own country to fight his case in Indian courts.
Qasab has also said that his associates were Pakistani. He insists that the consulate should claim their bodies.
The letter contains details of his nine colleagues (and himself) Pakistan may now find difficult to ignore.
