India made a historical test win in Chennai today against England. India won by 6 wickets and took a lead of 1-0 in the 2 match series.
Indian Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar hit his 41st test century in Chennai to author India's win. Tendulkar scored 103 and Yuvaraj Singh scored 85 to set up a 163 runs fifth wicket partnership. Both Sachin and Yuvaraj are not out in the innings.
Chasing a 387-run target, India lost only three wickets on the day as they registered the fourth highest successful run chase in history of Test cricket. This is also the highest run chase in the sub-continent.
