congressCongress is heading for victory in three states - Rajasthan, Delhi and Mizoram in the Assembly Polls.

BJP holds on to Madhya Pradesh and leads in Chhattisgarh where it has established a clear lead over Congress on the way to retaining power. In the 230-member assembly, BJP was ahead in 138 seats and Congress in 67.
