Support has been pouring in from his fans for Rajnikanth against the fire from Pro-Kannada outfits asking him to apologies for remarks against Kannadigas during his speech during the fast observed by Kollywood last Friday.
Harsha, the President of Rajnikanth Fans Association in Karnataka was of the opinion that he had opened his heart with the statement and that should be enough to sooth any hurt feelings.
“If Rajnikanth sir has to tender an apology even after the statement, I think it is better if he apologies at the earliest. After that everything will be under control. Here Rajnikanth films are seen not only by Tamilians, but a large section of Kannadigas too.”
There have also been some posters in support of Rajini with regard to this issue posted in the streets by Rajini fans with captions that he is the heartbeat of Tamils.
