Directors turning into hero has become the latest trend in recent times. Over the years, Kollywood has stood as witness to many directors like Cheran, S.J Suryah, Sundar.C, Perarasu, Thankar Bachchan, Ameer who have shed their inhibitions to pose in front of the camera. The latest director to join the league is none other than Mysskin. Mysskin who has been appreciated for his movies like 'Chitiram Pesuthadi' and 'Anjathey' is now all set to turn actor with his next.
Apparently the director had approached Surya for the role earlier who like his script but could not commit to the movie because of his schedule. In fact, Arya's brother Shahir was considered for this role too. Nevertheless, Mysskin dropped the idea since he found him too good looking for the role.
Thus finally the director zeroed down on himself for the role. From what is learnt now, the director is already on a crash diet trying to fit into a healthy look. He has alloted himself a three months time to get back in shape. Looks like only after that Mysskin will officially announce his debut.
This movie Nandhalala, which was supposed to have been his second film. The movie is about two kids traveling together to find their mothers; one is a seven-year old boy and the other though 20 has the mental age of a seven-year old. They both meet and start the journey together. The director is now trying to get the right kids for the film.
