Jodha Akbar is one of the magnum opus movies that would released this year. But since it has released, it has been facing a lot of revolt against its screening, stating that the film consists of a false story. But since its release, it has been in the minds of common man. Since then it has also been able to earn a lot, and has been a complete blockbuster. The movie grossed approx 19 million USD within a span of just 10 days worldwide, which is a new record for the Indian Cinema.With regard to some other key features upon the film’s figures, India has seen biggest openings, ever in the Indian Cinema, with a whooping yield of Rs. 52.7 crores. In US, the movie has earned a whooping amount of Rs. 10 crores, which is almost one of the highest grossers in the US Market in just 10days of span.
In UK, Jodha has earned a whooping sum of Rs. 5.60 crores and has been amongst the first 10 films within just 10 days of release, in the UK Market. In the Gulf, it has been an earning of Rs. 3.2 crores and has been amongst the Top 5 in the first 10 days for an Indian Film in Gulf. In Australia, there has been an earning of Rs. 1.15 crores, already tracking to emerge as the 2nd highest grosser of all time in Australia. In other parts of the world, Jodha has earned Rs. 1.5 crores.
It has been found that the Tamil and the Telugu version of the film would be released on 6th March, and we expect that the same amount of profit would be earned in the South Indian Market also.
